VanCAF is held in the city of Vancouver, within the province of British Columbia, which is on the west coast of Canada. Our venue is the Roundhouse Community Arts & Recreation Centre, at 181 Roundhouse Mews, Vancouver, BC V6Z 2W3, Canada.

The closest international airport to the VanCAF venue is Vancouver International Airport (YVR) which services most airlines. We recommend you look into cheap flights as soon as you can, through services like Hipmunk or Kayak.

Considering travel to Vancouver by train? VIA Rail offers cross-country train travel throughout Canada. Amtrak’s Cascades route travels the west coast from Oregon and Washington state up to Vancouver, and the Coast Starlight route travels from Los Angeles to Seattle.

If you’re looking for discount travel options to Vancouver, look into BoltBus and Greyhound, both travel from the U.S. to Canada, and within Canada.

You will need a valid passport to travel to Canada. You may need Electronic Travel Authorization (eTA) in order to travel across the Canadian border.
